20-19 third set. I feel, despite the many ice cold IPA's, sharper than ever. After a great comeback it's 2-2 in sets and my wife and I can still pull out the victory. .....

VBGB

It all played out at VBGB. A bar in Charlotte, North Carolina, with ample outdoor space for playing all kinds of games. It was here that my wife and I took on friends of ours visiting from the Netherlands. What started as a joke, ended three hours later in a blood-curdling apotheosis. VBGB is known for having more than 30 beers on tap, I guess we had tried them all. After the winning pitch from my wife, the victory was celebrated in the nearby karaoke bar.

Addictive

Here it was that we got addicted to cornhole. On the one hand, it is an innocent game, where anyone can participate. On the other hand, it is a game in which you can be very competitive and lose yourself completely. This was also the case that evening. Explaining why it is such a great game remains difficult. The only way to really find out is to play it. 

Atmosphere

But we knew right away that we had to do something with cornhole once we got back to the Netherlands. That's why we started Wicked Wood Games . We want to inspire as many people as possible and bring the atmosphere we felt ourselves. Being outside, with friends, competitive but also fun. That's what we think cornhole stands for. Therefore we will do everything to let people play cornhole .
