Return & Exchange

At Wicked Wood Games it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception). This can be done within 30 days after receipt of your complete order. Preferably use the return form you can download at the bottom of this page. We would appreciate it if you also send an email to support@wickedwoodgames.com if you wish to exchange or return, so that we are already informed.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning you home back to Wicked Wood Games for your own account. These costs are approximately 6,00 € per package, ask our customer service for the price, we will make a label for you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@wickedwoodgames.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
