Applicability

These conditions apply if you buy or have bought something from us. We will do our best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. It says what we do for you and what we expect from you.

The offer

We always tell you honestly what, when and how you can buy something. And of course what it costs and if you can exchange it. If there is something wrong on the page, please let us know immediately!

The Agreement

If you order something from us, you will receive a confirmation by email. After that we will keep you informed until your package arrives. We will include all the information and details you need with your order, but most of it can also be found on our website. 

Return & Exchange

At Wicked Wood Games it is of course possible to exchange or return your order. You can register a return up to 30 days after receipt. After registration you have another 14 days to return the product. For a return always contact us at support@wickedwoodgames.com and we will process the return request as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal / Time of reflection

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 30 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. 
Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen via support@wickedwoodgames.com. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.

What you can't return

Some products can unfortunately not be returned:
Cornhole sets with customised prints can unfortunately not be returned. The same applies to customised bags.

The price

  1. We're always honest about that, so you don't get any surprises. 
  2. All prices include VAT.


Delivery and execution

  1. We do everything we can to deliver your package as soon as possible.

  3. If your order is damaged or lost before it is with you, we will find a suitable solution as soon as possible that will always work in the customer's favor. We will solve it for you as soon as possible.

Complaints

    1. Do you have a complaint? We find it very annoying and we want to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
